Scrapshop • Check out the hottest new releases from all your favourite brands!

Creating clusters • Adding a cluster or two to each of my pages has become second nature for me, and I actually find it quite difficult to scrap a page without some form of one on it. So I thought I would share some tips and tricks and the process that I use to create my clusters.

Non-traditional items • The scrapbooking market place is full to the brim with the most glorious array of new products, beckoning us to buy the latest and greatest on the shelf. But you can also find some great inspiration elsewhere.

‘Out of the box’ • Although most products have an obvious intended use, most also have some unusual applications usually found through trial and error. I love to find different uses for products and explore their uses so as to get so much more out of them. In this article we are taking the Copics journey further by using the markers in some unusual ways for fun effects.

Bostik showcase • Adhesives are a very underrated component of papercrafting, but we want to set that right! Bostik have such a wide variety of adhesives that we asked two contributors to show you the amazing sorts of projects you can create with them!

New media showcase • There are so many great new media products on the market and we want to show you how to use them! The Scrapbook Store gave Peg Hewitt and Fiona Paltridge some Aladine IZINK, Baroque Art guilder’s paste, Dusty Attic rusting powder and Lindy’s Stamp Gang Magicals to test out. Check out the results!

Technique of the month • Looking for an interesting new effect to try on your next creation? Tune in each month as we feature an innovative technique used by one of our very talented contributors. This issue we show you how to create a paper and lace background.

A PAPER AND LACE BACKGROUND – TRY IT AT HOME TODAY!

Letterpress and scrapbooking • I absolutely love the look and feel of letterpress! There is just something about the old school way it’s done – the thick, smooth paper, the vibrant oil-based inks, the printing plates, waiting for it to dry, and the resulting texture it gives a project. It makes me happy!
